Download the SlideME Application Manager (SAM): http://slideme.org/sam.apk using the browser on your Android device. From SAM, you can discover, view, download and purchase applications. (You may have an optimized version of SAM preloaded by your device vendor. Its suggested you keep this or contact support for a later version if one is available).
You have two options to purchase applications.
You can either create a Billing Agreement under "My Actions" drop down menu > "Billing & Payments" menu or use the WebBUY option and SlideME Wallet. For more information regarding the different payment methods and what is more suitable for you, see faq Which payment model best suits my needs?
Free applications can also be downloaded directly from the SlideME website. The download link is displayed on the application description page.
Most prefer using SAM for better user experience, since from one single application you have access to all applications available on the SlideME Marketplace.
General Frequently Asked Questions
SlideME is a Community & Content Marketplace, uniting developers and users.
SlideME offers products, services and experience that help promote small Android developers and their creative efforts, without locking them into any closed standards. We are focused on addressing and helping developers gain quality assurance and financial rewards in this exciting multi-billion dollar industry.
Our goal is to create a new type of mobile application ecosystem, characterized by open standards and undisrupted application delivery and distribution throughout the value chain.
SlideME's goal is to provide end-to-end service for Android developers and their applications – from stocking to delivery, to monetization. It is all about mutual support amongst the community of Android developers, driving growth of this exciting open mobile platform.
SlideME is more than a catalogue of Android applications. It's the basis of a new model with emphasis on promoting android applications and a payment system for processing micropayments with highest payouts in the industry. This includes safeguarding consumers shopping experience, whilst transacting from within their mobile handsets.
SlideME is more than just a catalogue of Android Applications.
SlideME is the first Android Application Marketplace launched in April 2008 with its ‘on-device’ App-Store client SAM. Since then we have built a complex architecture to be able to provision ‘sub-Application’ Stores from Apps within the SlideME catalog for different markets. The various Channel Partners consist of the top tier OEM’s in the industry, ranging from the likes of HTC, Samsung, Motorola, HP, LG, Acer, Asus Garmin, Sony Ericsson, Olivetti, Pandigital, People of Lava, and many more device vendors and service providers.
SlideME provides a complete Managed App-Store Service™ to its Channel Partners, being the first to power Android devices beyond mobile handsets, such as tablets, MID’s, E-book readers, Android TV’s, whilst delivering compatible applications from SlideME's multiple distribution channels to such devices.
SlideME will be the only choice for device vendors and Channel Partners, to earn revenue from Applications sold via their SlideME Distribution Channel.
SlideME will be the first to power an Application Store for Android Smart TV’s. See the People of Lava blog post.
SlideME can be considered the single entry point for developers and publishers to submit their Applications for global distribution into various device types and across our multiple Distribution Channels.
SlideME is a global store with no country limitations – for both developers and consumers alike.
SlideME's application approval process rejects spam, repetitive, and junk applications that normally fill up other markets' catalogs, which allows for improved application discovery. Developers and publishers receive more attention to their applications, and users can locate higher quality applications more easily.
Yes you may contact developer from SlideME, but developer may have set his account to "Do Not Disturb". You will also see an option if developer is "available for hire".
Login to the SlideME website, visit My Profile > Edit > Account and you will see a section labeled “Closing account: Click here if you want to close your SlideME account.”
Before trying to reset your password in case of login failure, please assure your device is set to correct date and time. A device with incorrect date set, will be perceived as an "untrusted" device, therefore login will fail.
To retrieve and reset password, go next to the login/register section and you will see "Request new password" or visit the direct link: http://slideme.org/user/password from your web browser.
You will be asked either your email address or username you used to initially register.
Next, an email will be sent to your email address with a link, for you to reset your password to any password of choice. Always assure you make note if you used uppercase or lowercase characters in your password.
If you have not received an email to reset your password, check your spam mailbox. Otherwise it maybe that you entered an incorrect email or your email provider has not relayed the email to you. Assure you whitelist emails from SlideME. Only if problems persist, contact SlideME Support.

Ready to cash out your earnings from SlideME user purchases of your applications? We make it easy. As a SlideME Android developer you have access to a number of convenient payout options for funds that have accumulated in your account. You can choose to cash these out whenever you wish, but remember that applicable transaction fees will be deducted with each payout.
SlideME offers you the convenience of payouts by:
Feel free to suggest more payout options and how you wish to get paid. Contact SlideME.
Earnings from sales will be automatically remitted to your preferred Payment account. Assure your set your 'Payout Info' details. You can 'Request a Payment' using a link at anytime providing you have accumulated $50 minimum in your earnings balance.
Developers get further details from SlideME Developer's Rate Schedule
The process for a developer to publish a paid application and receive payout:
1. Create an account on SlideME as a developer.
2. Stock your applications to SlideME's inventory
3. Choose if you wish to protect your applications with SlideLock
4. Publish your applications for distribution
5. Complete the Payout Info form available from Edit > Payout Info, including Cheque Remittance details, Bank Account, and optional Paypal account details.
6. If a non-US resident, fill out and e-sign the W-8BEN form under My Profile > Contracts. This form simply confirms to SlideME you are not a US tax resident.
7. Request a Payment below the earnings block available from 'Transactions' > 'Payments' details Menu. Once request for payment has been initiated expect payment to have been processed within 7 days (Net-7 days).
The Payout dues, are based upon the payment method used by the consumer. This model has been implemented to maintain highest payouts to developer and to permit SlideME to adopt multiple type of Payment methods the consumer can utilize from any parts of the world or entity. Every payment method has its own processing fees. E.g, introducing carrier billing by X carrier, the carrier could set a fee of 20%. A prepaid card from country Y could have processing fees consisting of a % and a fixed rate per transaction.
Example:
An applications is published by the developer at a fee of $1.00
The consumer uses Amazon Payments as a payment method (fees: 5% + $0.05). The developer will receive $0.90
If the same application purchased via Amazon Payments and is sold to the UK since the UK has a Sales Tax rate of 20% VAT, the developer will receive $1.00 / 1.20 - ($1.00x0.05+0.05) = $0.73
**SlideME handles the Sales Tax complexities. With SlideME the developer is not required as set out in the Android Market Terms & Conditions to apply sales tax, collect the sales tax and remit to the country authorities the collected sales taxes.**
More details:
If you reside outside the USA, all SlideME will need is for you to sign a W8BEN form. This form needs to be sent to us before we can remit payment to you. This is quite a simple form to confirm to SlideME that you are a tax citizen/resident of your country and that we do not need to withhold any fees from your payout when paying your invoice.
http://slideme.org/faq/payout-non-us-developers/what-w-8ben-form
You can withdraw funds from Earnings Balance once you reach the minimum of $50 USD (reduced from $100 on March 8, 2013). Do contact is if you need a payout sooner.
For any applications that have VAT applied to them or a sales tax, we purchase your item minus this sales tax. The rate you wish to sell your application will be the final price to consumer. SlideME takes care of collecting applied sales taxes to customers invoices and remits accordingly to the acquiring authorities.
Details available from the DDA Developer Distribution Agreement.
* The payout limit set to $50 is only for keeping administration resources to a minimum and making it worthwhile for developer to receive the highest payout with minimal remittance fees. If you would like to receive payouts sooner, do contact us at SlideME and our friendly staff we will be glad to accommodate your requirements.
Non-US tax residents are required to complete a W-8BEN form and submit it to SlideME. This completed form is only kept internally for SlideME's records. This form simply confirms to SlideME you are not a US tax resident.
To find out more about the W-8BEN, click on the link below to go to Wikipedia’s article on the W-8BEN form.
Depending on your jurisdiction, this may very well be requested prior to any remittance to you. Non-US providers should research further what a W-8BENis.
To submit the W-8BEN form to SlideME, you must first set your remittance information for your developer account.
Visit My Profile -> Edit -> Payout Info.
After setting your Payout info, you will be able to visit Contracts to e-sign the W-8BEN form. When requesting to e-sign the W-8BEN form, and email will be sent to your email address on file. You then need to click on the link within your email you received from echosign.com to e-sign online. (Assure you check your spam folder in case email does not appear in your inbox.)
Application submissions are reviewed by SlideME staff to ensure they meet our minimum standards and quality guidelines. Applications that do not meet these requirements are not approved or are denied. Due to the volume of applications submitted to the marketplace, it can take a variable amount of time for your application to be properly reviewed. Please review the guidelines below to ensure your submission was not in error or to make the proper changes required for approval, then wait 7 business days after submitting your application before opening a support ticket regarding approval or you may be flagged for spamming. If you created multiple new application submissions within 48 hours, please wait 14 business days before opening a ticket regarding your application approvals or you may be flagged for spamming. (Note that U.S. holidays and weekends, Saturday & Sunday, do not count as business days.)
We do not provide any specific times or estimates beyond what is written in the approval guidelines as above. Note that applications not marked as "Published" in their edit node are not reviewed by our editors; and Denied applications not queued "To Be Reviewed" are not re-reviewed by our editors.
Google Play (Android Market) did not have any form of application submission approval process until a few months prior to March 17, 2015, and should not be used for comparison when opening a support ticket. Applications submitted to Google Play are often immediately published even if they are junk, IP infringing, etc, and may only be reviewed afterward if they need removal by Google staff. Your application approval status on other markets has no bearing on whether your submission will be approved on SlideME. Using such an argument when contacting us may cause your ticket to be closed. Additionally, the approval status of other applications on SlideME has no bearing on your own application status; application reviews are performed in isolation and may not be compared to other application reviews.
Application Status
At the top of your application’s profile page, you will find the status of your application submission. The following labels will explain the status of your application in our catalog. Once your application status changes, an email will be sent informing you of this change and any issues or reasons for the change if applicable. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder of your registered email address, and that the email you have registered with SlideME is correct and without typos.
When updating an application, if you alter the application title or permissions, your application status will be under re-review to ensure such changes are compliant with our current guidelines. Applications under re-review fall under a similar, but separate, time frame as applications initially submitted for approval of up to 4 business days; though approvals for applications under re-review generally occur within 24 hours if submitted during normal business hours. Applications under re-review are not available to the public for download.
The following applications are not permitted on SlideME and will be rejected indisputably:
Review the following minimum standards for application submissions:
If your application contains video advertisements that are required in order to unlock free rewards, your application long description must contain the following disclaimer verbatim: *Internet access may be required. This application contains optional video advertisements that can be viewed to provide you additional rewards. Additional data charges may apply if roaming or not connected to Wi-fi.
Paid applications that contain advertisement SDKs are in violation of the Developer Distribution Agreement and will be Denied. Paid applications must be completely clean of all ad network related jar files and references regardless if they are currently disabled. If your application is Denied for this reason, there will be no exceptions made by our support desk; you must remove all traces of ad network files or limit your submission to free apps containing ads. Disabling the ad network, removing from the application manifest, or removing internet permissions is not satisfactory.
Additionally, promoting other games or websites without user provocation (such as before loading the main activity of the application or between “levels” or loading screens), is considered advertising under SlideME guidelines.
Review the following quality guidelines for application submissions:
If you wish to promote your own Android apps published on SlideME, you can visit your application profile on SlideME, and click on the right widget, "Promote your App now!"
You will be able to see a list of widgets that you can use to promote your own Android applications. To get a taste of what they look like, check out the Win With Widgets blog post.
SlideME provides the option for developers to add descriptions to Applications in other languages your Application supports (compiled with other locales). Currently the Short Description, Long Description and Application Name title, can be translated into such other languages (locales) supported by the compiled Application.
Note: the main title of the Application as it exists from the Android Manifest cannot be edited. This comes from the Android Manifest.
To add Translations, developer can visit the Application profile from the Translations Tab.
The translated textual information will appear within the SlideME Market App (SAM) and appear within the "Local Apps" listings dependent on the language SAM is used in and users country. The purpose of this feature is to present localized Applications to users from such countries and in their native language.
The username that you registered with is also used as your developer profile name and is displayed under each application. You can retain your username for login purposes and set an "Organization" name that will display to users instead of your username. Some special characters and spaces are permitted in the "Organization" field. This field can be edited by clicking "My Profile" > "Edit" > "Profile".
If you still wish to change your username, please contact us through http://slideme.org/contact
Please note that special characters or spaces are no longer allowed in the username. Only latin characters and numbers can be used.
The title of the application is not editable in SlideME. The label name is extracted from the Android Manifest of each application. If you wish to change the name, edit the Android Manifest and re-upload the application. Do not create a new node, update the existing one by replacing the old apk. The name that appears on our store is the same one users will see when the application is installed to their device, which avoids confusion for less savvy users that many developers seem unaware of.
For applications that have additional language locales, you have the option to add 'Translations' based on the supported languages your application has been compiled with. From this option you are able to add foreign text to your title of your application in addition to the short and long description fields. Your application can appear in users native language with this "Local Apps" feature from SlideME.
Login to your SlideME developer account and go to the application you wish to update. Click on "Edit" at the top of the page. Scroll down to your uploaded apk and click "Change". Replace the apk with the updated one. Then click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
Please note that if the updated apk has a new package name, application name, label or permissions, your application will go back to the approval queue.
If this apk is a new version of your application, make sure you have set a higher value on the versionCode, and check the box that reads "This is a new version of the application" before you click Save.
Yes, indeed. SlideME's SlideLock can help you with this.
The payment flow is as such. Buyer selects application, submits payment details and upon authorization we deliver the application.
If for some reason the application fails to install, we are not prepared to absorb the processing cost. Therefore such nominal processing fees will be debited from your account, viewable in the transactions section of your account.
For details on such fees please refer to the the http://slideme.org/rate-schedule
A chargeback is when a real card owner claims they never made such a payment or dissatisfied with product. We will present all the relevant information on the details link of the transaction appearing in your account. The chargeback if any will be deducted from your account.
Most of the payment methods we're deploying will not have a chargeback risk. For credit cards transactions, unfortunately such risks exist.
SlideME has partnered with Retail Decisions, a world leader in credit card fraud prevention, in order to combat fraud and further reduce chargebacks. More information about ReD is available at http://www.redplc.com
For rates and chargeback fees, refer to: http://slideme.org/rate-schedule
We gave this matter serious thought. With so many countries having their own sales, value added, state and consumer taxes, and being in a competitive landscape, we suggest it is best to set a final selling price for your applications globally and have sales taxes deducted where applicable.
Example:
$10 including sales taxes set as final price, selling in x EU country (e.g 17.5% VAT) equates to your actual selling price excluding VAT as $8.51 (formula: $10/1.175)
This sales tax is not related to any income tax or possible withholds from the US tax office.

An important part of our offering, is that we handle the sales tax issues on behalf of you (the developer) and there will be no further sales tax declarations required from your side in the US & EU, since we handle the submissions including WA state sales tax & VAT in all EU member states.

Yes, you may upload more than one application! Ensure each application has its own unique package name, as set in the AndroidManifest.xml.
Note that if you do insist on uploading multiple applications at once, avoid submitting more than half a dozen over a short period of time. Though your applications will eventually be reviewed, multiple submissions in excess will receive a lower priority review status and may not be reviewed within the normal timeframe or for extended periods of time.
Remember that you can always tag your applications with keywords to make them easier to search for. A search function is available on the SlideME site and also on SAM, our mobile client application.
Uploads are limited at 100MB, including application promotion assets, apk and other files and data. However, the current limit for the apk filesize is 99MB.
You can upload an extension file (also known as opaque binary blob, or obb file) to be used in your application.
If you have created an account on SlideME as a normal user, but wish to upload applications as a developer, do not attempt to register a new account. Instead, you can convert your user account to a developer account.
Click "My Profile" on the right-hand "My Actions" menu of the website. Then, at the top of the page click "Edit". Scroll down until you see a section such as the one below that will allow you to convert your account:
"Android developer:
Are you an Android applications developer? Click here to setup your developer account!"
Clarifications for "SAM", SlideME's Android Application Manager
The SlideME Application Manager (SAM) is an Android client. It allows the user to discover, purchase, download and install numerous Android applications from SlideME directly to your device.
Before trying to reset your password in case of login failure, please assure your device is set to correct date and time. A device with incorrect date set, will be perceived as an "untrusted" device, therefore login will fail.
If you have registered via the Quick registration process using only your email, your username is generated by the system. System automatically logs you into SAM from which you can at anytime convert your account to a full account from within SAM > MyAccount (accessible from Menu).
For password retrieval, you can visit http://slideme.org/user/password from your web browser or access this same link from SAM's Home Login/Registration page "Forgot password?" Enter your email address you used to initially register (either via Quick Registration or Normal-full registration. An email will be sent to your email address with a link, for you to reset your password to any password of choice. Always assure you make note if you used uppercase or lowercase characters in your password.
If you have not received an email to reset your password, check your spam mailbox. Otherwise it maybe that you entered an incorrect email or your email provider has not relayed the email to you. Assure you whitelist emails from SlideME.
Once you are logged in via the SlideME (SAM) app with your limited account, you can either convert by visiting MyAccount; or when you attempt to download any application you have yet to install onto your device, the full registration form will appear for you to complete.
Make sure you alter the system generated username from "fastreg_..." to something else of your choice. It is for this exact reason the field is editable from within SAM 5 and up. You can only make this change from SAM and only once since the change from Quick registration to Normal (full) account is a one-time conversion.
Yes, you can register and login using Facebook from the SlideME (SAM) app, just as you would from website.
You can create an account through one of the following methods:
* Login with your Facebook credentials (or any other external accounts supported)
* Create a ‘full’ non-limited account that will permit purchases
* Quickly create a limited account using the Quick-Registration process by clicking on 'Quick Registration' from within SAM app. It is important to note that such a limited account does not permit purchases nor downloads. You need to convert this account to a Normal (full access) account which you can also pursue from within the SlideME (SAM) app. (link to faq)
Login to the SlideME website, visit My Profile > Edit > Account and you will see a section labeled “Closing account: Click here if you want to close your SlideME account.”
Open the application’s profile in the SlideME (SAM) app and press your device’s menu button. Click the option that opens, which reads “Report application”. Note: Reporting an application is not the same as contacting Support. There will be no reply or follow up to your Report submission.
Access MyApps by visiting your StorageLocker in the SlideME (SAM) app--tap on the cloud icon at the top of the screen. Swipe the screen twice to the left to view your saved “Bookmarks”.
From within the application profile within the SlideME (SAM) app, just below the application icon (top left) you can click on “Review this app”. You can only submit a review if you have actually installed the application.
The SlideME (SAM) app is localized in many languages. Your device should have a system setting to change the language. Once you change the language on your device the SlideME app will also change to the desired language (providing the language is supported by the SlideME app).
You can also change the preferred language for displaying applications by opening the SlideME (SAM) app, press your device’s menu button, then tap on Preferences then Local. Tap on the option for “Target language” to set a preferred language for applications if the publisher has provided such a translation. Visit "Local" apps section to visit apps localized in your language.
Application purchases are tied to your SlideME account, not to a specific device. You may re-download or collect from your StorageLocker account your purchased items from another device as long as you are using the same login credentials.
Publishers of such applications or “Developers” may have not submitted their applications or games to SlideME. You can try to contact the developer and let them know you use SlideME and would like to download their applications from the SlideME Marketplace. This will also benefit others users like yourself and improve the overall SlideME catalog.
Google Play is not a downloadable application, but is a competing marketplace that comes pre-installed on supported devices. There is no way to manually add your phone or tablet to Google Play’s supported device list, and you will not be able to use the Google Play website for your device if it is does not come with the Google Play application already.
Do consider if buying applications from a device that is not officially Google Play-enabled as refunds or access to redownload applications again may not be permitted.
Check that Unknown Sources is enabled. Open your Settings app, access Applications, and checkmark the option for “Unknown Sources”.
All applications that you have purchased and appear in your transactions as 'Completed' can be found in your StorageLocker for re-downloading.
You can only access your StorageLocker from your Android device using the installed SlideME Market (SAM) app.
How to find StorageLocker:
Note: You can find the SAM version number from SAM > Help screen (only for versions 4.x)
For versions 5 and above, you can find the version number from SAM > About screen.
Log in with your SlideME credentials and you will see all the applications you have purchased. You can download them again for no extra charge.
For transactions that have a Received status, such applications are pending Collection from StorageLocker.

If an application you have purchased doesn’t work on your device, you should first try to notify the developer informing him of the problem. Any feedback, including device specifications is valuable for the developer so he can improve the application compatibility across more devices. This way the developer will be prompted to provide an update with a fix. To contact the developer, login with your SlideME account, find the application and click on the developer’s username below the application title. Click on the contact tab and fill out the form to contact developer directly. You can also submit a public comment under the application itself. Do not forget to include your device specifications. If the developer is unable to provide you with a solution, he/she should inform SlideME to execute the refund. If the developer fails to respond, contact SlideME and provide copy of the complaint to SlideME to escalate.
Please note that a refund is only possible within one month of purchase.
* Withdrawals of funds from your SlideME Wallet is not permitted.
Upgrade to the latest version of SAM. To download SAM, simply point the web browser on your device to http://slideme.org/sam.apk and follow the installation prompts. This error occurs if you are using a device that doesn’t have a SIM module (like a wi-fi tablet) with an older version of SAM.
When establishing an Agreement between your Paypal account and SlideME, SlideME will send a small initial charge to your Paypal for $1.00 USD and will immediately cancel this small charge, as you will be able to see if you login to your Paypal account. You will also receive an email from PayPal that a $1.00 charge was initiated to your PayPal account. An email from PayPal is not sent unfortunately when this transaction is canceled by SlideME on your PayPal account.
SlideME does not seek applications to be published on SlideME nor does SlideME harvest illegally application meta-data from the Android Market (to appear we have content, like some others...).
The developers/publishers that have the rights to that particular application can only be the ones to publish their application on SlideME. If you have their contact details through a website or a blog, let them know that you would like to download/purchase their application through SlideME. This will help you and other users see more applications on SlideME and provide more global reach to the developer's application.
If you want to see more applications on SlideME and prefer to shop from SlideME knowing you will receive great support no matter what the issue is, simply let developers & publishers know that SlideME is your only option.
Most likely you purchased your application from the SlideME.org website using WebBuy, without checking if the application is compatible. Checking first that the application appears within the SlideME (SAM) app from your device is the recommended way to check compatibility if you are unable to determine this from the application profile on the website.
Additionally, check the status of your transactions on your SlideME.org profile. Only "Completed" or "Received" transactions will appear in your StorageLocker. If your transaction has the status of Delivered, allow for some time for it to be completed.
If an application does not appear in your StorageLocker even though the transaction status on your profile is completed, and you cannot find the application in the SlideME website, this could mean that the developer has decided to remove his/her application for his own reasons or the application has been Rejected for distribution. You should contact the developer directly from his profile’s contact form to request further updates or a re-download of the application. Do include your transaction ID and copy of the invoice receipt when initiating contact with developer as proof of purchase. Do not hesitate to contact SlideME’s support if you require assistance.
More info on the SlideME Market (SAM) application can be found from this link,
and can be downloaded anytime by entering this URL "http://slideme.org/sam.apk" in your devices browser.
You can access your StorageLocker to download your applications you have already purchased in case of a device reset or an application update. Also, the applications that you have purchased through WebBUY will also be available for collection from your StorageLocker.
Only purchases with transactions have the status 'Completed' or 'Received', can be downloaded without being billed. You can see the status of your transactions once logged in from Web.
If an application does not appear in your StorageLocker even though the transaction status on your profile is completed, and you cannot find the application in the SlideME website, this could mean that the developer has decided to remove his/her application for his own reasons or applications has been Rejected for distribution. You should contact the developer directly from his profile’s contact form to request further updates or a re-download of the application. Do include your transaction ID and copy of the invoice receipt when initiating contact with developer as proof of purchase. Do not hesitate to contact SlideME’s support if you require assistance.
You may have noticed some charges on your card statement.
These do not necessarily mean they are 'settled' charges, as they could be only 'reserves' so SlideME has the right to charge/settle later.
SlideME uses the two-step process for processing transactions.
a) We request for an 'authorization' from your card issuer to 'reserve' the right to eventually 'settle' the transaction. This is 'Received' status under 'My-Transactions'.
b) Second step, upon 'success', SlideME then 'settles' the transaction, which will update the initial 'Received' status to 'Completed'.
If you are in doubt, we would like you to confirm if indeed you were charged more than you should have been. You can verify this from visiting your My-Transactions tab from within your account.
Only orders that have status as being "Completed" have been settled after being reserved.
Other transactions, indicate a reserve to settle, which means we have received the authorization to eventually settle if needed, so to charge accordingly. Only one of the application transactions will be 'Completed' if there are multiple attempts to download the same application.
We require to create a 'reserve' even on every attempt you initiate, which means we then receive an authorization, so we could later 'settle' to charge if needed.
Some orders could appear just as a reserve, which means we authorized but not settled. Since the transaction was not completed it will be released from reserve and not settled, hence you would not be charged.
If you could confirm these extra charge(s) you see from your card issuer(bank) as a 'settled charge', do please inform SlideME support immediately.
Reserves or the authorizations that appear on your card statements take more than a few days to be released, where they can not be settled any longer.
Therefore you should see only one 'Completed' per application transaction and all others for that same application will either be canceled or released eventually from appearing as any type of charges on your card statements.
There is no cost for upgrades of purchased applications. Those applications should appear in your StorageLocker and on your SlideME profile, with transaction status of Completed. If the developer has published a newer version on SlideME, you can download it for no extra charge.
First, verify that you did indeed receive multiple charges. Login into the SlideME website and then go to: http://slideme.org/my-transactions. You will see a list of all your transactions on the system along with information what each transaction status means.
Keep in mind that an ‘authorization’ is not a ‘settled’ charge. Once the authorization is issued from your card issuer or bank, the content will be released for download to your device. If for any reason the transaction does not complete and the initial authorization is not ‘settled’ to a ‘Completed’ status then this authorization is due to expire.
The transaction will have the following payment status: received, delivered, completed and canceled. Completed means that you have been charged. If you have received multiple charges with Completed status (due to your multiple retries) for the same application, then go to: http://slideme.org/contact and include the transaction IDs that are duplicates and we will issue a refund.
