Tapatalk update ERROR!!!

Hi,

There's some problem updating/download Tapatalk!!!!!

Even after reporting the error numerous times, problem still persist FOR SO MANY DAYS!!!!!

Is the problem that you can not download?
Or after download app won't launch?

If you have a purchase transaction and you login to StorgeLocker, can you download the app from there?

I answer with a question: Any part of "problem updating/download" that you don't understand and lead you to think of app won't launch?

I answer: Yes, I did purchased the app and login to StorageLocker and that's where "problem updating/download" occurred.

I reply: Yes, I've replied to that email.
