VerbTeX is a free, collaborative LaTeX Editor for your Android device. It allows you to create and manage LaTeX projects directly on your Android device and generate a PDF by using the LaTeX service available at http://www.verbosus.com

Add existing .tex/.png/.jpg/.sty/.bst files in Local Mode: Put them in the VerbTeX folder on your SD card (/sdcard/VerbTeX/project). Please note: The root document must be called document.tex and a document.bib file must exist. The name of the project is the /project folder name.

Add existing .tex files in Remote Mode: Login at Verbosus with your browser and upload your .tex files

Recommendation

Writing latex requires alot of \{}[]'s, its good that you have included a toolbar however, it stays under the keyboard while typing (android 2.2 with galaxy tab). If it is possible, it might be better to have a custom keyboard, this will support horizontal typing (where there is only the textbox) as well. Including common commands in the toolbar will also be nice.
