This Privacy Policy applies to the BCD mobile application for the Android operating system known as tTap ("tTap") and the website http://www.appttap.com (the "Site") owned and operated by BCD Solutions, LLC ("BCD") and is incorporated into, forms a part of, and is in all respects subject to, the Terms and Conditions of Use accessible at http://www.appttap.com/tos.php. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect certain information related to tTap and the Site, and our user's interactions with tTap and/or the Site.

By registering a tTap user account or downloading, installing, accessing, or using tTap and/or the Site you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, this Privacy Policy by way of our Terms and Conditions of Use. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to our use of your personal information and its disclosure in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you are not in agreement with this Privacy Policy, please do not download or install tTap, delete or uninstall any copy tTap from your mobile hardware, and do not access or use tTap and/or the Site.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
BCD is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. tTap is supported by its advertising partners, and the information that we receive about you is important to our business, to the operation of tTap and the Site, to our relationship with our advertising partners, and to our ability to provide a rewards program through tTap. We do not sell your information without your consent, and will only share your information in conformance with this Privacy Policy.

Changes to Privacy Policy
Things change, and so may this Privacy Policy. We will post any changes to the Site. Accordingly, it is important that you review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we collect, use, and disclose data. If you do not agree to the changes, please do not continue using tTap or the Site.

Information We Receive
When you use or access tTap or the Site, we automatically receive and store certain types of information through technologies such as cookies, or log files. This may include information about your mobile device hardware and software, your mobile device service provider, device identifiers, certain location information, your Internet Protocol address, date and time stamps associated with your usage, actions that you take within or from tTap, demographic information, and other similar types of information. This information may be inferred or may have been provided directly to tTap. This information may be used to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer tTap and the Site, to monitor and understand your use of tTap or the Site, develop and test new features, or to personalize and improve your experience with tTap and the Site.

We also receive and store information that you provide as part of the registration of your tTap user account, including your user name, email, and certain other information that you may provide such as your PayPal account information, personal interest information, and certain tax information. You can choose not to provide certain information, however, as a result you may be unable to participate in some or all of the aspects of tTap, including the rewards program.

By registering a tTap user account, you are providing us with your valid email address, and you may receive emails from BCD. Some of these communications are necessary for us to communicate with you in connection with your tTap user account, and your use of tTap ("Standard Communications"). Other email communications may include newsletters and special offers; if you no longer wish to receive newsletters or special offers from us, you may "unsubscribe" from such communications. You may not unsubscribe from Standard Communications.

You can opt-out of all information receipt by BCD by uninstalling tTap from your mobile device. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. If you need assistance in deleting or uninstalling tTap from our mobile hardware you should contact your mobile hardware service provider, or internet/data service provider.

Third Party Websites
This Privacy Policy applies to tTap and the Site only. tTap does provide links to third-party websites, and applications. These third-party websites have different privacy practices and terms of use. We are not responsible for, nor have any control over, those privacy policies, and encourage all users to read the privacy policies of each and every website visited.

Parties with Whom we Share Information
tTap is supported by its advertising partners, who want to know how you interact with advertising provided through tTap. Sharing this information allows us to offer the rewards program that may be available through tTap. We anonymize this data using an encryption technology with a view to help ensure that our advertising partners can't identify you personally. Our advertising partners may also obtain information about offers that you have taken advantage of while using tTap, the mobile websites you have visited through tTap, and your non-precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising through tTap and elsewhere. In certain other instances we share encrypted anonymized data with other parties, or aggregate your data with data of our other users such that it no longer identifies you and then share that aggregate data with other parties. Additionally, we may share information we receive with other service providers who assist us with the performance and provision of tTap and/or the Site, and who have agreed to this Privacy Policy.

Other Releases of Your Information
BCD may disclose information about its users if we have a good faith belief that we are required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. BCD may also disclose information to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of BCD, its users or advertising partners, or the general public. In the event BCD sells or transfers some or all of its assets, the information it collects may be disclosed to, and your personally identifiable information may be among those assets transferred. If you reside outside the U.S. your information will be transferred to the U.S., and processed and stored under U.S. privacy standards. By using tTap you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the US.

Limitations to Internet Privacy
We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, there is no perfect security system on the Internet. Despite the measure we employ, we cannot guarantee that your personal information, as well as other information provided or collected in your member file, will not be disclosed in contravention of this Privacy Policy. Given the possibility of the unlawful interception of information, we cannot promise and you should not expect that information you provide will always remain private or secure.

Your Account
You can update your tTap user account at any time through the tTap mobile application on your mobile device. If you have any questions about reviewing or modifying you tTap user account information, please contact us directly at the inquiry email listed below. You can delete your tTap user account at any time. When you delete your account it is permanently deleted, and you will lose any Points that you may have accumulated through our rewards program. It may take thirty days to permanently delete your account. Uninstalling tTap from your mobile device does not automatically delete your tTap user account. You can delete your tTap user account by emailing a request to terminate to support@appttap.com. Following the termination or deletion of your account, BCD may retain information we have received for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes, or as otherwise required by law.

Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows individuals who live in California to request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Such requests for information must be submitted to us by emailing: privacy@appttap.com. BCD will within thirty (30) days to respond to each inquiry as required by law. This request can only be made once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to such requests submitted other than to the email address referenced above.

Special Note on Children's Privacy
tTap and/or the Site is not for use by minors. BCD does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to register a tTap user account. Neither tTap nor the Site is directed at children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
