This is a minor release that provides sorting options for main catalog entries. There are also a number of bug fixes including: storage locker appearing blank, needing to login twice to storage locker, a possible crash after watching app video, a crash if user scanned a QR code and the catalog info had not been previously stored in SAM's catalog.
Release v3.0 Sept. 11, 2009
This is a major 3.0 release of SAM. Features include an image gallery for up to three screenshots and the ability of the user to play youtube videos of the applications. There is also a new feature for viewing, sorting and installing applications directly from the SD Card.
SAM 3.0 supports it's own intent for launching on application links, allowing users to scan QR Codes or click links, taking them directly to the application within SAM.
This release also includes important fixes for search and for encoding problems during login.

This is a minor release that introduces the ability to open, to re-download and to delete applications from within the storage locker.
This release also has important bug fixes for problems with auto-updating of newer versions of SAM and for login errors that some users experienced with the storage locker. SAM also now detects when the SD card is not available.

This is a major release that significantly improves loading of catalog data through incremental updates. Responsiveness of catalog list scrolling and loading has improved. This release also solves the problem of a number of applications not showing up in the catalog.

Includes Latest application list, a storage locker and purchase notifications. From the storage locker, you can see applications that you have previously purchased and can re-download them for free.
Improved the reliability of the purchase flow.
This release has been localized into Vietnamese, bringing a total of eight supported languages.
Important bug fixes include: no more time-outs on search, mobile operator proxy caching no longer gives incorrect billing state during a purchase, and hanging dialogs on purchase have been removed.

The german character issue has been fixed and has been committed in SAM 3.4 due soon.

Localization feedback

The german locale of SAM3.3 is broken unfortunately:
Non ASCII characters are displayed incorrectly, e.g. it shows "Spa§ & Spiel" instead of "Spaß & Spiel" in the categories listing. It seems the problem persists in the whole application.
It would also be great if the apps listview would return to the same position when you return from an app details page to the list.
