SkEye is an advanced planetarium that can also be used as a PUSHTO guide for telescopes.
Use your phone to quickly identify stars, planets, constellations, or as a reference for stars and deep-sky objects. If you have a telescope, just strap the phone onto the OTA and you get a PUSHTO guide!

SkEye is a great planetarium program, the best I could find for Android (and I searched a lot for it). Even better, it's getting improved all the time, and the developer is very competent and very responsive. The Pro version is worth much more than its $12 price tag, after a few days using the free version I upgraded with a smile in my face... recommended!

Since it seems to me that there's no mean to edit the previously posted review here, this is to correct my one-star rating previously left by mistake. This application indeed should be rated a five-star+ ! Sorry for the mistake.. :-(

Have just moved to Pro version. Works fine on Samsung Galaxy SII+Mead ETX125PE OTA + Celestron CG-4 EQM. One thing that needs to be improved is the dark sky background which may works fine under dark sky, but to view the virtual sky during daytime is next to unreadable. Please improve this by making the sky background color changeable.
