Screenshots may not show up in the Picture application until the phone is restarted.

Hey,
The reason they don't show in the pictures app is because it uses the MediaScanner. You need to tell the system wide media scanner you saved a picture - look at the MediaScanner class. Then the Pictures app will be notified of a change and reload it's data.
