Born and raised in Denver, Colorado. After attending Colorado University and a two year stretch in the U.S. Army Jack spent the next 30 years owning, operating, and managing a myriad of professional sports teams, an outdoor furniture manufacturing company, and an electronics research and development firm.

In 2003 Jack's first novel was published and he has quickly become recognized as a competent and entertaining writer of mystery and suspense novels.

When he's not on the road doing book signings he spends time at his homes in, Colorado, Florida, and Hong Kong.
