Generates OTPs which are used mainly for connecting to CSE services from outside the CSE network.

After installing the application you need to go to HOTP registration page:
http://hotp.cs.huji.ac.il/
Fill in the form, and then you will receive an sms with a link.
Enter the number at the end of the link in the application.
