1. Plug in your Headset/Earphones
2. Open up the GPS Runner app and tap the [Arm] button
3. The app will track your GPS location while you're on the move

If the Earphone/Headset jack is removed while the App is 'Armed',
an SMS will be sent to a designated phone number along with a configurable message and your current GPS location.

In addition, a 'HELP NOW' button can be tapped at any time to send a help SMS without Arming or removing Earphones.
Simply open the App, wait for GPS lock and tap the [Help Now] button.

The received SMS contains a direct link for three popular street Maps showing your precise location.
Tap the one that suits, locate and help the distressed friend.

Examples of use:
Out running (Listening to your music), Out to the shops (Device running App in handbag),
Taking the kids to the park, Just out walking the streets, Walking the dog, Out for a bike ride

It's quite simply; protection in your pocket!
