Ghost Commander is a two panels file manager. It's like Norton|Midnight|Total Commander you should familiar with.
The two panels can be in two modes: overlapped mode (only one panel is seen at a time) and side-by-side mode (both panels are seen).
Another useful features are: FTP server access, ZIP file extraction, folders total size calculation, favorites, etc.
