DrOne SMS is a simple and fast SMS application that allow you to read and write SMSs in chat mode.

I suggest you to disable notifications from stock SMS app to avoid double notifications.

This is a beta version. For any bug or feature request you can write a comment to the app, so the problem can be fixed.
