1. Terms of Use
By downloading and/or using the SimilarWeb LTD (“SimilarWeb” or “We”) mobile application named “Safe Browsing” (the “App” or “Service”) you (“You”) accept and agree to be bound by the following terms of service (“Terms of Service”) and all applicable laws and regulations governing the App. If you do not agree with the following terms and conditions, do not download or install this App.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the App, You agree that You have read, understand and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If You do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Services, please do not download or use this App. If You are eighteen years old or younger, You are prohibited from downloading, registering for, or using the App. By using the Service, You warrant to Safe Browsing that You are above the age of eighteen (18). If You are under the age of eighteen (18) and you wish to use download, install, access or use the App, you must get consent from your parent or guardian before doing so. In addition, parents or guardians of children under the age of eighteen (18) should be aware that the Service is designed to appeal to a broad audience. If you are a parent of the actual user of the App, it is your responsibility to determine whether any portion of the Service is inappropriate for your child.
3. App Services
The App provides You protection from unwanted content (such as adult material, gambling and violence), while browsing the web (“Our product”).
The App may also include advertisements for 3rd party sites (“Sponsored Results”), and which shall be dubbed “Sponsored” or otherwise differentiated from the App’s content provide by SimilarWeb.
Your use of the App is voluntary and You may remove it from your device at any time.
4. App License
If You choose to install the App on your device, You acknowledge and agree that You are granted with a non-exclusive license to install and use the App solely for your personal use. We may modify the App from time to time, and You may update it using the relevant store. We may also automatically check the version of the App installed on your device from time to time, and, if applicable, provide updates, which may contain, without limitation, bug fixes, patches, enhanced functionality, plug-ins and new versions of the App (“Updates”). You may not make unauthorized modifications, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive source code of the App.
5. Privacy
The App communicates with our main website offering the Service to web-users (“Site”), and may obtain certain information regarding Your use of the App, including, URL, statistical and usage habits information regarding other mobile applications you may be using while Our App is installed, and data on your internet browsing history. Our use of such information is governed by the Site’s Privacy Policy.
You should review the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy, by which You agree to be bound as a condition of visiting the Site and/or using or downloading the App.

All other trademarks and service marks not owned by SimilarWeb or its affiliates or subsidiaries that appear on this App and on the Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by SimilarWeb.
8. Permitted use
SimilarWeb grants You a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access and make personal use of this App and the Site. This App and the Site, in whole or in part, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of SimilarWeb. You will not:
1. Use the Site or App for any purposes other than to access information offered by SimilarWeb;
2. Rent, lease, loan, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the licenses granted herein or any materials contained in the Site and App;

9. User content
You agree not to submit, transmit, or otherwise make available in any manner, any content
a. That is unlawful, harmful, obscene, hateful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, harassing, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, or is otherwise objectionable;
b. That infringes the intellectual property rights of any party; or
c. Which contains a chain letter or constitutes any form of mass mailing. You may not use a false e-mail address or otherwise provide information that would be misleading as to the origin of such content. Though SimilarWeb does not regularly review content You submit to this App or the Site, SimilarWeb reserves the right to edit such content in any way and to refuse to process any orders including content that violates these Terms of Service or that Our product finds objectionable for any or no reason. You represent and warrant that You possess all necessary rights to use the content that You submit to this this App or the Site and that use of such content does not violate these Terms of Service. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SimilarWeb harmless from and against any and all claims arising out of or relating to any content that You submit to this App or the Site through a purchase.
10. Third parties sites
The Site and the App include links or references to other web sites or services solely as a convenience to You (“Reference Sites”). The Site and the App may also include music and/or video’s that will be presented to You to view and/or listen to by way of using the App but are not stored at SimilarWeb servers or related to SimilarWeb (“Reference Music and Video”). 15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
By visiting the Site or using the App, You agree that the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Service. Any dispute arising from the Terms of Service or the use or misuse of the Site and/or Service, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the district of Tel Aviv, Israel.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service or any Guidelines is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated from these Terms of Service to the minimum extent necessary and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
17. Waiver
The failure of SimilarWeb to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by SimilarWeb.
