It is a simple anti-theft application that you can use to leave your phone on a table without worrying about who will touch it.
It is simple to use:

1) You launch the app.
2) You turn the alarm on, and when you lock your screen, the alarm waits 5 seconds and becomes armed so it will ring when somebody touches it.
3) After detecting somebody touching it, it will wait about 5 seconds before starting the alarm ring.
4) When you unlock your screen, it will stop ringing.

It is wise to use it with a pattern lock, so the intruder cannot unlock it and stop the ring (here is how to do it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A7mnPUt-61o).
