SlideME has entered into a synergy with HTC with access to SAM(SlideME Application Manager), from within HTC's Android powered mobile devices.

This is a step forward for SlideME to achieve better adoption of SAM on Android powered mobile devices for its users to access applications from the SlideME Marketplace.

SAM is an On-Device App-Store client for Android mobile handsets that allows discovery, downloading and purchasing of mobile content directly from and to device.

SAM accesses the catalog of Applications or mobile content from SlideME Marketplace.
- SAM safeguards shoppers by preventing users submitting sensitive financial details from within their handset.
- With SAM, users are able to re-download applications from their SlideME StorageLocker, in case of a phone reset, or lost handset, without the need to re-purchase applications.
- All customers receive the Shopper Guarantee. This guarantees shoppers that they will either receive their digital downloads via SAM, or they will receive their money back. This guarantee can increase customer confidence in purchasing from SlideME's services.

As per HTC requirements, SAM has been localized and translated into 13 languages.
