Applications running on devices?

How do I find the applications that actually run on a device? I don't see any information about the SDK the application was developed for or the certificate the apk was signed with?

cant find downloads

Why isnt there a link to get the downloads?? i findly got sam on my phone but now i can not get hurricane tracker.
