v1.1 is out!

After hearing some user contributions I've implemented some new features :-)

Now there are sound effects, Vibrator is used and we added a "ThumbSwitcher"!

Enable it in the settings (tap on title) and you get a zone where you can temporarily switch the mode while holding down your thumb!
