What intent should i use for the "Buy now" link in demo app?

I want to open slideme application with my applications page opened on the click of "Buy now" button. In case slideme is not present in the device then i want to redirect the user to slideme download page. What should i do to accomplish the above mentioned objectives?. What Intent should i use?

And I probably the bundle id is the same, as the apk name in the barcode links.
So I have a new question, if I upload a new version of my application, does the bundle id change, or it remains the same?
