How do I locate my phone when it is lost?
After installing AndroCop application, please configure the settings in Settings screen as follows:
Save Alternate Phone Number
Save email address
Save PIN number and
Exit the application. AndroCop will automatically monitor your phone lying in background. Keep the GPS ON whenever you have probability of losing the phone.
If your phone is lost, send a message with text “androcop ” to your phone from another phone. You’ll instantly get a reply with a link of map URL using the GPS data which shows the location of your phone. You will also get an email with the map link.
If someone steals your phone and changes the SIM, AndroCop will instantly recognize the SIM change and send you the map link to your saved Phone number and email address. AndroCop service will keep sending you data whenever phone’s location is changed.
AndroCop is not only about getting your handset back. It cares for the important data that reside in your phone.
Alternate Phone Number:
If someone steals your phone and changes the SIM, AndroCop will instantly recognize the SIM change and send you the map link to your saved Alternate Phone number.

Installs fine in Droid. I constantly get 'GPS provider unavailable" msg (not true). When tested I get a location msg on cell but do not get email message. Has potential but not sure it's working completely.
