With this tracker you will be able to control your daily weight and specially the calories you intake and the calories you burn. You will get your BMI (Body Mass Index) and how many calories your body need. You will find:
- DAILY CALORIES INTAKE: a list of food categories (fruits, vegetables, cereals, meats, dairy, drinks, desserts...) divided in sections (breakfast, brunch, meal, snack, dinner....) with calories details or add yourself.
