WizardApps is committed to develop next-generation innovative mobile application & games. This Privacy Policy describes how WizadApps collects, stores and uses the user ("User" or "You") information acquired in connection with our application or websites ("Service"). User information in this document means but is not limited to user’s: first name, last name, phone number, contacts, messages, calendar, location and plaintext device information. Please go through our Privacy Policy, in order to be aware of what type of information we collect, how we use/store/transfer it.

Idea/Concepts, User Interface design ideas, UX research, application theme, icon, logo & all internal images are properties of WizardApps or properly permitted. Any type of copy, edit/modification of ideas and contents are strictly prohibited without proper/granted permission.

What information does we collect and how we use it?

WizardApps does not keep any user personal data for longer than necessary. We can use information to ensure that as an user you are in compliance with our terms. By using our product/services and agreeing with this Privacy Policy, users over 13 years of age authorize us to use their information for our general commercial purposes including to send email, SMS or other notifications to them relating to these product/services.

WizardApps may sometimes use user information that we collect to improve the UI and content of the Services, to customize our product/services or to personalize our user’s experience or to offer products, advertising, programs and services. We may also use this information in the aggregate to analyses usage of the product/services or to offer products, programs, or additional services.

WizardApps may reveal information to third parties in special cases, such as when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with WizardApps’s property, visitors, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities or to comply with the law, applicable regulations and governmental requests, court orders or subpoenas.

Third Party services (Advertisements)

We display advertisements in our free apps and games to fund the development process for our current and future services/products. The advertisements are provided by Admob and they may use and collect anonymous data about the user's interests to be able to select more relevant advertisements. This information may also include location data and unique device identifier. No information is collected to allow third parties identifying you as a person. Your acceptance of these terms

Your use of any of our application signifies your agreement with our Privacy Policy. Please do not use any of our application if you don’t agree with this Privacy Policy.
