"Photo Collages Camera" is an photo editing app, by which you can create collages of your photos. "Photo Collages Camera" includes a collection of about 100 collage templates. Those are not just square & polygon templates, but there are also circle templates, heart templates.
With "Photo Collages Camera", you can combine multiple photos into collage template. The photo can be captured using native camera app, or using any camera app like Instagram, 360Camera,...
With each imported photo, you can scale, rotate it with you fingers. The app support multi-touch that you can use two fingers to scale and rotate.
"Photo Collages Camera" also support a lot of photo effects that can be applied to your photo, such as: black & white, sepia, emboss, negative, or grunge,...With those effects, you can create photos that are as beautiful as when you use Instagram.
