1. Background

The privacy of your personal information is afforded the highest level of importance by MomentCam, which is owned by Beijing Baishunhuanian Media Corp.

We are bound by the privacy protection provisions of laws and regulations in PRC, such as Constitution of the People’s Republic of China, General Principles of Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, Tort Law of the People’s Repbulic of China, Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Strengthening Network Information Protection and Opinions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues concerning the Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People's Republic of China (Trial Implementation), regarding the manner in which we handle your personal information and how we respond to your requests to access and correct it. While we take careful measures to protect the confidentiality of information provided to us, we have adopted the Privacy Policy detailed in this document. This document sets out our information handling procedures and the rights and obligations that both you and we have in relation to your personal information.

We will strictly comply with all relevant legislative requirements, and, in case of any inconsistency, the legislative requirements will override the provisions of this document.
