This appliaction helps you achieve ideal body (calculates an ideal BMI, chest extent, waist extent, hips extent, what exercises you should do to achieve your ideal). It has an option to manually input your extents if you measured it yourself and then it calculates the ideals and BMI. The results also provides a variety of exercises that can help you achive the ideals. Another option is to take a picture and the program will calculate your approximate extents so you won't need to use your measuring tape. Calculations are possible in inches, for height also in ft, weight in lbs or kg and extents in cm or inches. It also has a database of exercises divided into groups for each body part / muscle (chest, back, shoulders, abs, arms, legs...) and they descripe how to do the exercise and there is also a picture showing a proper positioning. App will also provide a chance to create your own diet and workout routine but that is "under construction" so stay tuned :)
