Getting a payout

I've had enough sales to take me well past the $100 minimum, and wish to get a payout. How do I go about this? I've looked through all the pages, but I can't see an option anywhere to initiate a withdrawal.

Still no idea

I can't see how to initiate a payout yet. On which page is it supposed to be? The link you post has a lot of useful info but where do I actually initiate the payout?

From the moment you contact heldesk (SlideME.org/contact), there is a department or queue for Payouts to process the payouts for you and any other related documentation that maybe needed.
