Lexibook Privacy Policy
1.     Our Policy
 
Welcome to Lexibook Market Premium (“Lexibook”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”). This privacy policy has been created to provide information about our company and its application manager software (Lexibook Market Premium or “LMP”) and/or applications made available by Lexibook (“Applications”), through the Lexibook application marketplace (the “Marketplace”), to our users (“you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy sets forth Lexibook's policy with respect to information, including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”), and other information that is collected from visitors to our website located atwww.lexibook.com or www.mylexibooktablet.com (the “Sites”) and users of the “Service”. By “Service”, we refer to Lexibook’s provision of digital content in the Marketplace, the process of your orders made on the sites, and our answer to any of your queries.
This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through the Sites and the Marketplace and not to information collected offline.
2.     What Information do we collect?
Personal Data that you provide through the Sites or the Marketplace: We collect Personal Data from you when you register on our Sites, when you fill out a form to access our Service, when you use certain features of the Service, or when you contact us with inquiries. Wherever we collect Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy.
When registering or ordering on our Sites, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name and email address. You may, however, visit our Sites anonymously. When accessing to the Marketplace, you need to register.
Non-Identifiable or Aggregated Data: When you interact with Lexibook through the Service, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information (for example, geo-location and device ID). Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. Lexibook may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by Lexibook affiliates, agents or service providers. The Service may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Sites, the number of visitors to each page of our Sites, the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers, and how our users use and interact with the Service.
In operating the Service provided on our Sites, we may also use a technology called "cookies." We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or other rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be used for marketing and advertising uses.
We may disclose your personal information as follow:
1. To use your data for payment processing and authorization, fraud protection and credit risk reduction, website evaluation and data analysis, and also for marketing and promotional material distribution for the Lexibook company.

5.     Third party links
 
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our Sites. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our Sites and welcome any feedback about these websites.
6.     Children
 
Lexibook does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. We strongly encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data through the Service without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to Lexibook through the Service, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
 
7.     How do we protect information?
 
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access your account.
However, no Internet, email or other electronic transmission is ever fully secure or error free, so you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us in this way.
8.     Your Choices
 
You can access the Sites without providing any Personal Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain features of the Service.
By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make any material changes in the way we collect and use your personal information, we will notify you by sending you an e-mail at the last e-mail address you provided us, and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes on the website covered by this Privacy Statement. Any material changes to this Privacy Statement will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our transmittal of an e-mail notice to you or thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of the notice of changes on the Website covered by the Privacy Statement.
Please note that, at all times, you are responsible for updating your personal information to provide us your current e-mail address. In the event that the last e-mail address that you have provided us is not valid, or for any other reason is not capable of delivering to you the notice described above, our transmittal of the e-mail containing such notice will nevertheless constitute effective notice of the changes described in the notice.
