Its pretty easy at first with 1 balloon, but when you get a score of 10 there is another balloon that pops up and that's when it gets tricky to keep both in the air. Then at score 25, there is a total of 3 balloons. I got as far as 54 points so far and it gets surprisingly tricky to keep track of 5 balloons floating around at once.
