xycall provides new means to optimize communication in your peer-group and subsequently lower your telephone bill in the process. It works by everyone entering their providers and optionally to which providers they have flat rates to. xycall automatically matches this information and provides so called "xycalls" that act as a collect call. This way people without flat rates can benefit from other peoples flat rates and thus save money collaboratively.
