My applications was denied, and in the email it was told me to update my application to meet the guidelines and then open a support ticket for review.
I updated the app. But how do I open this support ticked, as I don't see anywhere on the site from where I can launch it.
Where should I look for it?

If you have purchased OfficeSuite or any of the Collins dictionaries, Mobisystems (the publisher) requires to issue you a license key based on your phones IMEI/Device ID.
Please email support (at) mobisystems.com and include in your email:
1) SlideME username
2) Your email address
3) The name of the application you purchased
4) The transaction number
5) Your Device ID as it appears on the Enter Key screen of the application.
