forbidden app

I am an app developer. I uploaded my calculator app on 30/3/2013 today i see that my app is in forbidden state. WHY? it is working well in most of the android devices. Can I at least know the reason behind this action? my app id is App Id:
fecaa9c0-9912-11e2-8af8-1670ef61174f please help me......................
