End-User License Agreement
The following terms are used during the End-User License Agreement:
SOFTWARE = Solfeggio
AUTHOR = Balázs Szalkai, Hungary
USER = you, the one who downloads and/or runs (i.e. USES) the SOFTWARE
This is an agreement between the USER and the AUTHOR.
The SOFTWARE is protected by international copyright laws and is the intellectual property of the AUTHOR.
All intellectual rights are reserved by the AUTHOR. The software is NOT the property of the USER, but only licensed for use according to the terms of this EULA.
The SOFTWARE is freeware. But any attempts to reverse-engineer, modify or alter the executable binaries or any part of the SOFTWARE in any way are strictly prohibited. Using parts or the entirety of the SOFTWARE as part of any other software product is strictly prohibited. Selling, hiring, lending, or making money in any way from the SOFTWARE itself or any storage media (CD, DVD, floppy disk, hard disk, memory card, other) which contains the SOFTWARE may only be practiced by the AUTHOR and its authorized partners.
The SOFTWARE is provided by absolutely no warranty, which means that it should work on most devices, but it is not the AUTHOR's fault if it does not do so.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS CONCERNING THE SOFTWARE.
