SNesoid is the famous Super Nintendo emulator for Android.
* Fixed text mess-up in 'Secret of Mana' and 'Romancing SeGa' (and possibly others!)
* Net-play through Bluetooth (requires Android 2.x) or Wi-Fi!
- Very fast
- Run nearly all games (Mario RPG, StarFox)
- Customizable on-screen keypad
- Save states
- Cheats
- Super scope
- Fast-forward
- Screen upside-down
- Multiple key profiles
*NOTE*: I am making this app free for download only for a limited period of time (eg. 2 weeks) to make already-paid Android Market customers happy. Thanks for the understanding!
Awesome :)
I was wondering what file formats this supports because all the roms I have arent recognized :(
and does it play nes ones also?
Glad to find my favorite emulators again!
everyone needs to suport this app. 5 stars. Solid app all around. This Emulator was made with care. Truly one of my top favorite apps. Some games I thought I never get to play again are on here. Support great devs that make great apps!
Best Android SNES emulator I have found!
Everything I want is in this SNES emulator i would have payed 10$ for it. I have been waiting forever to get this app in Canada where there are no payed apps (yet). Please don't stop updating your SlidME app copy. I don't mind if is a few weeks late but please don't forget about all us non-Google pay market users!
I only have 3 suggestions to yongzh.
Hey guys and gals switched to an android OS phone yesterday (evo 3s) and can't get snesoid to work ... I have the app and astro file manager, when I open snesoid and use it to open the roms (which I renamed with .smc at the end) it comes up with a blank screen displaying the button layout. If I push the buttons the phone vibrates like normal but the screen then flashes like snes used to when you would have to blow in the cartridge? Any help would be immensley appreciated, Thank you
None of the "oid" apps make use of the multi touch function...I'm using an xperia play...the only oidapp that supports multi touch for me is n64oid and that was after the 2.5 update. So can I get a solution here? I have physical buttons but at times I use the touch screen but due to this issue I cant

Am i only one who has this feeling? When i press the button then game doesnt react immediately but after about 1/4 of the second, maybe less but lag is definitely there IMO.
Wiimote connected but 'oids' won't recognize button presses.
I love these emulators. I bought all of them when they were on the android market. Im glad I didn't have to pay for them again, but I have a new DROID Bionic now and can't get the emulators to recognize button presses from the wiimote. I know the mote works because the 1 player light is on and I can navigate/type my DROID with it. I enabled bluetooth controllers in SNESOID, NESOID, GENISOID, etc but when I go to map the controls it doesn't pick up any presses... then when I back out of the emulator I see a text box popped up from where I was pressing the wiimote buttons... as if the controller was working in the background only. HALP!? PLAEZ!
