This Apps allows users to personalize their icons and create there own theme using pictures from SD card (DOES NOT REPLACE OLD ICON, CREATES NEW ONE).
Mod my Droid allows you to change your apps name.
Hide those apps you don't want anyone to see. Change the picture and the name!
You can also edit your contacts and add a direct dial or direct text with an image of your choice on your homescreen.
